“Great Place for a Great Price”
What a great place in a great location! The lobby was one delightful big space with lots of seating and tables. I'd go back again for that price for sure!
“Girls Weekend In Chicago”
This hotel is in a great location(Magnificent Mile) and the group I traveled with were able to easily walk to the Chicago riverfront and take part in the river cruises and outdoor dining. This was our first time in Chicago! We walked everywhere from the Hotel-Hancock Center and Millennium Park. Cabs were readily available if one were unable to walk distances. We even walked to the Navy Pier from the hotel but that was a greater distance that may be harder for older people or those with walking issues but again transportation is readily available The hotel staff were great and really went out of their way to help us with questions and maps. Subway was close by and easy to get to and ride-esp. to Wrigley Field! The hotel has everything you could want and more-did not have time to see pool area. Internet is not free in the rooms but available elsewhere like the lobby which is also very big and has a bar plus restaurant. There is a Starbucks as well. We certainly would stay there again.
“Great experience”
Although we experienced only a minor technical difficulty with the in-room movie service, the staff here went above and beyond expectations to ensure that we were comfortable in our stay at the hotel, well prepared for our visits out to the Windy City, and relaxed with room preparation, and room service in the evenings. With its great location, attentive staff, (and beautiful bar), this is the place to choose for your stay on the magnificent mile.
“overall good”
free internet would be good. heater is too warm, kinda too dry in the room.
“Nice restaurants and bar”
Nice restaurants and bar.
“Great hotel, perfect location”
This is the 4th time we've stayed at this Marriott and there are no complaints. Don't think we'd stay anywhere else. A-one for location, service, room rates, everything. We love it! And we love Chicago! Ok I wish there were blue cheese olives for my martinis but I guess that's pushing it.
“The best location!”
Within walking distance of countless shops, restaurants, and nightlife...even in the freezing cold of January! Would love to stay here in the summer!
“Great downtown location. Good restaurants at walking distance”
Well located, full servic hotel, walking distance from restaurants (Joe's stone Crabs is a good example), walking distance of rental cars. A decent size mall next door.
“Great Local, Great Beds”
I'm a sucker for the marriott pillow top bed. They incredibly soft and easy to sleep in. The hotel location is great - right on Michagan Ave. There's a huge mall right next to the hotel. Also, there are great restaurants all around. I'm going to stay here the next time I do a girls shopping weekend.
“Had a great experience”
I was on the 43rd floor, great views, nice comfortable room. Just a little too much elevator noise.
