“Can`t wait togo back”
Excellent hotel to stay. Comfortable, clean; Excellent front desk service, I have no negative comments on this hotel. I greatly recommend this
“AAOMS Hotel”
Food in the hotel restaurant was EXCELLANT and a good value. Staff was friendly. Like having the starbucks in the lobby and when it was closed the restaurant staff gave me coffee at the bar. My bathroom was top of the line and clean. Tile, shower, etc was in new/great condition. Bed was confortable. TV access to channels was great. Easy to purchase internet too. I would definitly pick this hotel again if I am visiting AAOMS. Also had a free shuttle from airport which was wonderful! Driver very polite and friendly. Taxi driver from airport was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and nasty! Compained the whole time that it was too short a trip. He did not receive a tip.

“One of my Chicago Favorites”
Check in is a real treat with a warm cookie and fast service. I love being able to access the hotel from the parking garage and easy access to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center via the walking sky bridge.

I have stayed at many hotels, and this is probably the best one by far. My husband and I were in Chicago for pleasure and finding a good hotel is difficult. We were very pleased with the staff, cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. Thanks to all who put the effort into making this a VERY pleasurable trip for us.
“Nice place, Handy location”
Our son attended the Wizard World Convention at the Donald E Stevens Convention Center in Rosemont. The Doubletree is attached via skywalk to the convention center, so it was very handy for him to be able to come and go as he pleased. Our room was clean and quiet, we loved the spacious shower. We are looking forward to next years stay at the Doubletree for the convention.

parking garage had easy access to the hotel. Access to the convention center through part of the parking garage and then enclosed walkway . I always enjoy the goodnight cookies from the Doubletree.
“Excellent hotel”
WE were impressed with the service, conditions and location of this hotel. It is convenient to an "L" station and staff was more than willing to help us with directions. Beds were comfortable, amenities were nice, service was excellent.
