“WOW”

After traveling for 24 hours and getting to the hotel after 11pm, I was whisked through check in and in my room within 10 minutes. The restaurant and lounge were closed and needing food I called the front desk for suggestions and was given numbers to several places that would deliver. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was "WOW"

“wow really comfortable and quiet room”

I loved my room, it was on a designated "quiet floor" and it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the room has a little cough on which I was able to sit and work comfortably. The restaurant in the hotel had great pizza and beer.

“Extremely nice room. Bed was comfortable.”

Very convenient to O'Hare and has a shuttle. The restuarant next door is great. Walking to store is at least 1 mile. Concierge is very helpful.

“Great price and a beautiful stay, will recommend any relatives who are visiting Illinois.”

My stay was great! The employees were very helpful, the atmosphere was great although there was a convention in town. My room was very modern, I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the bathroom the most! hahaha, seriously, if you plan on visiting Illinois, stay at the Crown Plaza in Rosemont.

“Best location for venue”

Stayed in Chicago for just one night specificaly for a concert @ the Rosemont theater. Hotel was directly across the street - how convenient. View from my room was of the Rosemont theater - cool. Check in was very quick, rooms beautifully decorated and furnished, and ultra-modern bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel.

“Great place to stay”

This hotel was very clean and decorated very nice. We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was quiet which I was glad since it is by the airport. We would stay again the only thing I wish was that the parking was cheaper. It cost $23 to park your car but that is part of Chicago I guess.
