“Duke92”
For the Expedia price, this was a great treat. Very modern, very comfortable. Highly recommend!
“Good Airport Hotel”
Great airport hotel, very good value for the money.
“Very modern comfortable stay”
We picked this hotel because it is right across the street from the Rosemont Theater where we were going to see a show. The rooms are very modern and very comfortable. It was very close to O'hare airport. About every five minutes you could see a plane coming in for a landing at the airport. You could not hear any noise from the jets though. It was close to the "blue line" train to get to downtown Chicago. The rooms were very clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. There is really no restaurant inside the hotel though they do offer breakfast sandwiches and other foods at a little bar. Expensive though. Parking was in a garage and we paid $13 for one night. Overall it was a great experience and we would definately stay there again.
“Simply put "Pleased"”
The shuttle staff person Andre was the best. I have been to other Hotels in major cities but he was the benchmark of customer service. One particular feature of this unique Hotel is the Think Green campaign. I loved this feature about the Hotel. The room was relaxing and very up to date. The unique shower area was new and interesting. The Aloft Hotel also uses Bliss products which gave a welcoming and refreshing aroma throughout the Hotel. Excellent Hotel and can't wait to visit again.
“Very enjoyable”
We loved how convient it was to the Rosemont Theater...we didn't have to pay to park we just walked over.
“Very pleasant”
I had stayed at the same Aloft hotel, previously, and was glad to see that they have managed to retain their usual quality. Everyone I dealt with at the hotel was more than efficent at what they do. They were extremely helpful with any questions I had on restaurants, and how to find and get to them.
“Nice option for Donald E. Stephen's Convention Center”
Short walking distance to Convention Center. New hotel. Nice rooms. Very quiet. Free WiFi. Although does not have restaruant, only a self service light meals and bar closes at midnight.
“Very satisfied”
I got a great deal on the hotel from Expedia and it was a nice hotel! Cute lobby area for drinks at night, stylish and modern room and bathroom. But the best part was the shuttle! You sadly have to pay for parking (but really, where is it free in Chicago?) so leave your car in the garage and use their free shuttle. Their shuttle dropped us off at the EL station and we went to downtown Chicago very easily, and it was waiting for us when we returned. They even drove us to a restaurant later in the night too for dinner. The front desk personnel and some of the shuttle drivers were a little snotty/crabby/annoyed, but they still offered to drive us places and help us when we needed it. I would recommend this hotel again.
“Loved staying there!!! Will definately go back when I can.”
Had a wonderful time staying there. Can't wait to do it again.
“We will be coming back. It has now become our hotel.”
Love love this Hotel. Parking was easy to get to. Staff was beyond friendly. The rooms were clean and beautiful. Love the bliss bath product. We hooked up our laptop to the big screen was watch a movie which we loved. Pool had a nice set up and the had a pool table to pay with. shuttle to and from was easy for the airport. Very trendy. Especially our bartender Brenda. She was out of this world Fab. Eager to help us get comfortable and never too busy to talk. We ended up going to dinner and running back just to hang out with her. She's was more than willing to try a drink she never made before. Which she did an awesome job at it. The wasbi snacks were addicting. Only thing I wish they had was room service. They gave us a list of places to call but breakfast was limited. Nothing really to eat before 11am. Would have liked at least menus from the local place. Also since you had to eat out which would require a car. I would have liked to have some kind of voucher for parking if you already paid for it for the day. Parking was cheap at $13 a night but don't plan on leaving too many times. Overall I would recommend this place highly. I already told my frien
