"This place is charming with much so much character. It is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located in San Diego, and has great amenities. The hosts are communicative and provide information on the house and amenities. I appreciate how they sent videos on how the hot tub was to be used, how to turn on the firepit, etc. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The host has thought of everything. There were spices and oil available for home cooking. The bed was super comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Location was great. Loved that the host allowed us to use the driveway. The interior was beautifully done and the outdoor space was nice. Overall a great experience."

"This hotel had amazing staff, wonderfully stocked studio apt suite and a great location next to Balboa park and restaurants. We were on the 6th floor and the roof top and gym were above us. Our only complaint was the early morning noise on our ceiling starting at 5:45-6:30 am daily from above. Not sure if it was the gym or from construction up there or just people in the time share offices?? It was pretty hard to get a restful sleep with that early morning noise and the place was really great it...

"This unit is a converted garage of a larger vintage house that has also been divided into rental units. As of February 2020, the conversion is an older one, with loose floor tiles and aging furniture. One of the other units was being updated during my stay, so I expect this one will be soon as well.
