"The staff was so very nice and helpful The iron ruined my husband’s dress shirt. Appeared as someone must have dropped it as it leaked water terribly. The bottom had melted something on it that transered on shirt and can’t be worn again "

"The hotel was no better or worse than I expected. There is construction going on around the property which makes parking a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. However, I was awoken at 4 am by a stranger opening my door. "Oh sorry" he said, "Sorry" and closed it again. I don't know if he was another guest opening my door by accident (but why did HIS room key work on my door? or a staff member, but it was unsettling."

"Front desk jai was very nice,professional and helpful. The lobby has a very modern look with ample seating. Elevator is fast. My room was large,quiet and clean the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean,the shower had good pressure and lots of hot water. This hotel is very close to town and the lake,with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. I will definitely stay here again. A +++"

"Loved having the Strong museum next door. The only negative is that the bathtub was very very slippery making showering a challenge."
