My 3rd time staying here. Really nice, pleasant place. Small and quiet…in a residential neighborhood away from the downtown hoopla. The mineral pool and jacuzzi’s are awesome! I got upgraded to a better room being an Expedia VIP…and really appreciate it. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable

This is my second time at the spa at Golden Haven Springs (mud bath massage), and my first time staying here. Last time I stayed at Doc Wilkinson's. I have to say I wouldn't think twice about booking here again -- it was super convenient to the spa, rooms were absolutely spic n span, and staff were great! The only downside (and likely reason this is about 1/3 of the cost of doc Wilkinson's) is that the property is set in a neighborhood a little off the Main Street. But I loved that that made it very quiet, and it was still only a 10 min walk to restaurants.

This was a very nice getaway. The bed was super comfortable and we got the best sleep. We did the couple massage and it was heavenly. Anna and Mark we’re amazing. It was really nice that we could walk to restaurants because everything was close. We highly recommend Golden Haven Hot Springs.

It was noisy in the morning. The noise woke me up around 8am. They didn’t turn the warm jacuzzi light on when it was dark. The hot one had the light on. I thought the light went out but it was on when I was about to leave the warm jacuzzi around 7pm. I realized that they forgot to turn the light on. Also, they changed the pool gate code without notification. They should have texted me or wrote me a note. I saw some of the customers could not get inside. I went to open the gate for them. They didn’t know they changed the code. It was very inconvenient. Especially it was raining and we needed to go back and forth to get the new code from the reception desk.
