"The towels are made from a polyester. Makes drying off after a shower difficult. Upgrading to cotton towels would be an improvement. Other than that, the room seemed clean, nice cotton bedding and loved having Starbucks in the room. Overall, it was a pretty good stay. "

"We loved our room. I think it was a deluxe suite, kind bed. It had a seperate kitchen area. Mini fridge was inside the cabinet storage. The AC worked great. Couldn’t adjust the temp but it was cool enough. Staff was great! Complementry water all during the stay. Got up late so can’t comment on the complimentary breakfast. Check out was easy & so was the valet parking. 15 min or less drive to Universal Studios. "

"The walls are very thin and I heard the voices of other occupants late into the night making it nearly impossible to sleep. On top of that the motor of the mini-fridge revved up cyclically throughout the night and early morning waking me up over and over again. I started my long work day with swollen eyes, brain fog, and feeling really grouchy. When I politely provided my feedback to Irma she never responded.
