"Loved our stay. We stayed 7 nights which is apparently a long stay for Bruges, but we loved every day of it. Every morning there was a 3 course breakfast that was excellent and tasty as well as slightly different each day and added great value for money in our stay. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness just because you could see dust behind the bed in areas that you wouldn't always look and the shower drain was very slow. We had the 2 bedroom suite and were not aware that to access the kid...

"I give 5 star reviews to other hotels, but this hotel deserve the highest rating. Service was amazing. Room was fantastic. Location was perfect. We were traveling Europe and this was our favorite hotel."
"This was an excellent hotel, close to all the main sites. It is very walkable. We loved the decor. The only thing that was a bit difficult were the few steps from the entrance to the check-in counter and the stairs to the elevator which made it hard lifting heavy suitcases. But we would stay here again. Everyone was very helpful."
"Great customer service, providing recommendations for dinner and best beer locations. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again during future visits! Breakfast looked amazing, although we opted to eat out at local restaurants. The hotel bar is lovely and relaxing. Great location! "
"The property is nice with lovely service. The rooms are small and a bit dated. It drives me a little nuts when hotels say they have a gym but they don’t. All the machines were broken and didn’t work. It was just a junk room not a gym. Wouldn’t take much but I guess they don’t care. "
"We loved the hotel, but it seemed like they had a problem with their septic at the Duke’s Residence. Luckily we were on the 3 rd floor, where the smell was not as bad. Once they get that straightened out, we would probably give it 5 stars!"
"Always a fabuliys stay! Our third time in this hotel and it didn't disappoint! Excellent location to walk anywhere in Bruges. Really helpful staff and room amenities clean and modern. Would highly recommend!"
"Great location, fabulous canal view, large rooms and good amenities. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was wifi wasn’t great. If on business and need good connectivity, see if there’s any upgrades available. "

Quiet comfort just steps from the Gran Place.
"This charming and comfortable hotel is close to everything you'd want to see in the middle of Bruges. The Belfort was just outside of our window, but the triple-glazed windows kept the room nice and quiet for sleeping. The staff was courteous and helpful and the breakfast was wonderful. Highly recommended. "

"This place overlooks one of the main squares and is so close to everything in Brugge that you just can't find a better location. Also, the restaurant was so good that we actually ate there 2 of our nights in Brugge and that's saying something since there are so many places within a 5 minute walk. The room was spacious and the bed was firm. I highly recommend this place"
