“Confort et calme à proximité du centre de Bruges et de la gare”

Très satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hotel le week-end du 29-31/01/10. Situation intéressante à 10 mn à pied de la gare et du centre ville de Bruges (Markt) et tout proche du Béguinage. Le personnel est aimable et serviable de l'arrivée jusqu'au départ. Les chambres sont confortables et offrent de quoi se faire un thé ou café (bouilloire, sachets thé et café, sucre) pour le goûter ou le petit déjeuner (car le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris). Le changement de la moquette (bien "fatiguée" !) dans les chambres serait néanmoins utile.

“A very good Hotel”

Room was massive, well laid out, clean and comfortable, did not have breakfast so cannot comment. One very nice touch, umbrella available for a small deposit and I really did need this service - it was a very wet March.

“Excellent hotel.”

I stayed 9 days last month (January) and found nothing to criticize except that the computer in the lobby could not connect to the internet. Otherwise, this is a fine establishment, comfortable, clean, quiet and the staff is very helpful and nice.

“Very positive experience”

This is a surprisingly well maintained hotel in the heart of the town, and not far from the train station. The location is great for those who wants to save on taxi. I found only one strange inconvenience: I could not understand how to turn on and off the lights. Everything is made with automatic switches, and it feels sometimes even scary. Internet is in the lobby only, but it's free, and the armchairs are quite comfortable. No other comments, everything was just excellent.
