"Initially we were having an issue because we didn’t know there would be people staying in the basement. The people in the basement were extremely disruptive. There was a strange smell coming from under the sink and one of the smoke detectors wasn’t secured to the ceiling. They sent someone out to fix this one but we were out at the time. There is only Netflix on the tv that we could find and the sofa bed actually did not have a mattress on it- this issue we didn’t discover until our last day...

"My children and I had a wonderful two-night stay. We were highly impressed by how clean the apartment was. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, although it would be advisable to bring a larger knife for cutting watermelon, as well as your own sugar and seasonings if you plan on cooking. After our three-day event at the Kitchener Museum Auditorium, it was a pleasure to unwind and enjoy some Netflix. The neighbourhood was peaceful, and the tenant above us was considerate and quiet. "The house was plenty roomy and we all enjoyed our own room and bathroom! The listing said only 2 bathrooms but actually there were 3.5! I'd recommend having more towels in the bathrooms. There were no hand towels or washclothes and only 2 bath towels per bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean.
