"Quick overnight stay due to late plane arrival from Newark Airport. Booked a king bed, but they provided two doubles due to some unforeseen issues. They offered us access to elite lounge for breakfast to make up for it. Overall, we were ok to accept the different accommodations due to the late hour and happy with the offer of breakfast. Had a pleasant stay."

"Really enjoyed my short stay flying in from the U.K. in route to the west coast. The hotel staff and amenities were very helpful. My only suggestion would be to inform guests arriving at JFK on the website that as the construction of the new terminal is ongoing, and traffic can be heavier, they may need to change the pick up point for the shuttle from the departures level to an alternative pick up, and also allow for more time in travelling by the shuttle back to the airport. "
