The H10 Marina Barcelona is located in the city center, near a full-service spa and convention center. The onsite Despacio Spa Centre (it will be closed on 25th December 2012 and 1st January 2013) features a heated outdoor swimming pool, cool pool, indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and spa tub (entrance fees apply). The business centre offers high-speed and wireless Internet access, as well as fax, printing and photocopying machines. The executive traveller can make use of exhibition space, event catering, secretarial services, 212 square meters of meeting facilities, and audio-visual equipment. “Great hotel in a quiet area.”
A very nice hotel in a quiet part of town, no noise. Short walk through a nice area to get to shopping and dining. The lobby bartender was super. It was very nice hotel and I didn't hear a peep from the hallway or any other room even though it was friday night and the hotel was full. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and it was all good and fresh. 15 euro's was not bad.
“3rd time and so far, so good”
This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and I've never been disappointed. It's located in a quiet, residential area of Barcelona but is only a 5 minute stroll to the Port Olimpic Marina, 20 minutes to Port Vell and about 30 minutes to Las Ramblas. The hotel and the rooms are always well maintained and clean and all staff have always been very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool gives lovely views but can get very busy.
“Great location near the beach!”
Hotel is conveniently located near the beach and many good restaurants and nightlife (about 10 min walk). It is about 20 minutes from Las Ramblas, which was perfect to be a little removed from that touristy area yet be close enough. The room was simple but comfortable and there is rooftop pool for those interested. The staff were friendly and helpful with dinner reservations and recommendations. I'd recommend.
“Good quality hotel”
My mother and I recently stayed at this hotel. One is and OAP and one is wheelchair bound. Although the hotel could not be faulted, breakfasts were excellent, great choice. Roof top pool was comfortable but small. Room clean and adequate, staff all very helpful. The only fault to ourselves was the location of the hotel as it took a good 20 minutes for us to get to the Marina/Beach areas. So I would not recommend it for persons who are not fit or disabled. But if you want a quiet out of the way relaxing stay it would meet that criteria. Otherwise if you need to be nearer to the centre of the city your only choice is the various transport available. We found using taxis was the best option for us.

“Very good hotel quite well located”
Just 3 stops away on the Metro from all the action in Catalunya Square (about 15 minute walk from Marina Metro). Service was excellent and friendly. We enjoyed a quiet room facing the back, though the walls are thin. Modern facility that's convenient when you take advantage of the terrific Barcelona Metro system -- it can get you all over town in no time. They provided apples in lobby which made a great snack.
“It was perfect for our stay in Barcelona”
The hotel was great especially the front desk staff. We did have a bit of trouble at the resturant on our last night. It was not overly busy ,but we were put on ignore for a 1/2 hour. After complaining to the manager,we received better service,but by that time it was too late, the meal was not that good & it spoiled an otherwise great stay. Thanks.
“Great location”
The hotel is just a short 10 minute walk to the beach and casino. There are many excellent restaurants within walking distance as well, although the hotels restaurant is very nice. The hotel room was spacious and bright with a very new feel. The beds were extremely comforable and made for a good night sleep. I will definitely go back when I return to Barcelona. Getting around the city from here is also very easy with the "Hop On, Hop Off" bus stop just a couple of blocks away. Highly recommended.
“Fabulous Time In BCN!”
Barcelona is fabulous and so is the H10 Marina Hotel. While the location is not right in the center, its easy to walk to all the main attractions, beach & is only 2 blocks from the L4 & L1 Metro. The Bar, Restaurant, Spa & Pool are great to have at the hotel. There is also free wireless & computers for your use. We stayed here for 3 nights, traveled to other cities and came back to the same hotel!
