"Overall, this unit is perfect. It's the nicest unit in PDM that we've stayed in. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and works well for two families with young kids. Uriel was always available and super helpful as property manager. Mina was incredible - her food is some of the best we had during our week in Mexico. She is incredibly kind and can't do enough to help. We would absolutely stay here again and are already planning a return trip. I couldn't recommend Natalie's place more."

"We loved this condo and the complex and area in Bucerias! The property manager Sally was fantastic and met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and specifics of what we needed to know for our stay. The condo was as advertised and perfect for my friend and I as we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The condo was equipped with the majority of the basics you needed for the kitchen, pool or beach. Great view from the balcony, but one thing that would make it better would be more comfortable...

"We love staying at HDM. The included breakfasts are amazing. The access to town and the beach clubs is a must! The only minor complaint is that the concierge service was difficult to communicate with via their website chat. The owners of the property could invest in new towels and perhaps robes for the guests. You could tell this property is just a rental."

"This flat is amazing. It's much bigger than it appears in the pictures. We were a small family, 3 adults and a toddler. The plunge pool was great to have for after nap time and spending the morning at the beach clubs. The communication with the owners/managers was flawless. We had lots of questions and they answered all of them, almost immediately. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!"

We did have some challenges with the unit itself and had to have maintenance come multiple times: lights that would turn to strobe lights in middle of night so we couldn't use one of the bedrooms, a waterspout that wouldn't stop dripping, and a toliet that got clogged and/or broke multiple times. "great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. Overall, would recommend this stay for you and your family."

"Great building/ Property, well maintained and the staff is super helpful. We had great weather, talking to the regulars we found great places to eat, both inexpensive to very expensive. We had a dinner cooked for us that was wonderful. There was a lot of large rocks washed up on the beach that the locals said will be gone by June. Our dryer was broken when we arrived but fixed the last day we were there. We cant wait to go back."

"Location was beautiful. The management and cleaning staff were fantastic! I loved how close it was to everything for convenience, but just far enough away to get some peace and quiet. On weekends there's a market that sets up right outside. Excellent experience of local culture, and the air conditioning was VERY appreciated! "We stayed in this condo for three months. This studio condo is quite small but well laid-out, with lots of baskets, shelves etc. to put all our stuff. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen is well equipped - any other items we needed were readily supplied. The only drawback is a very small under the counter fridge with tiny freezer but we managed to work around that. We really loved the small heated pool, especially when the ocean was too rough for swimming. The rooftop deck was great...
