"We were taken aback by how large the villa was - The living/bedroom was massive, and the bathroom area was the size of a living room. I would recommend Formosa for couples wanting to get married. The size of the villa is more than sufficient to accommodate a wedding crew (make up artist, hair stylist, etc). The only downside for me was the insects - Being next to the golf course, you will see insects. We saw many mosquitoes during our stay there. If you don't like insects, I would recommend...

"We were a little disappointed with the accommodation, granted it was affordable but collecting the key from one destination to then walk with bags to another was an added hassle that I hadn't been expecting and when we got there the apartment was missing some of the essentials i.e. no teabags or milk limited dinnerware, my husband ended up having breakfast out of a pan as there was only 1 small ceramic bowl in the cupboards - and to be fair the room looked as if it had had the quickest of cleans...

"I'd written a long review but the damn thing got lost when I submitted it. Watch out for hidden 3.5% surcharge on your card which is only mentioned on you have confirmed your booking - and after they've taken your money. There is a $105 cleaning charge which is ok for a long stay but not for a few nights. There is no service during your stay. Make sure you ring the 'onsite manager' (yeah right - they are at least 10mins away). Dont bother trying the Hotel staff they wont want to know as it is...
