Free shuttle took nearly 3 hours to appear despite following the instructions in an e-mail, This "hotel" has no eating facilities at all and is a disappointment.

It took over an hour for the driver to pick me up past the scheduled time. He came once about 10 min after scheduled time but wouldn’t pick me up, the hotel sent him back to get me and when he finally can he faught with me for over 10 min and I felt unsafe and was not offered anything by the hotel to make up for that horrible experience. The driver was so rude and disrespectful.

Great place & super clean! Friendly staff and comfortable! I appreciated airport shuttle to and from hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Street noise is a little loud but not overwhelming. Church bells going off could be annoying but I found it pleasant. Great restaurant across the street!

Transfer to the airport was great but able to have dinner at the restaurant across the street was a bonus as well. Basic, clean room. I would stay here again.

The room was nice and kept clean although the window had been left open all day and when we arrived in the evening we had to deal with mosquitos. We also arrived 20 minutes after their cut off time for the airport shuttle. They had our flight details and knew the flight was delayed, I also messaged them to make sure they knew 3 hours before our arrival. When we arrived there was no one there to meet us and we'd received no call or response to the messages. We had to figure out our own transportation to the hotel. When we got a shuttle back to the airport the next day we spoke to the driver who informed us the receptionist called him at the cutoff time and told him not to pick us up and finish for the night because it was hotel policy. He'd told us he would have been happy to have waited the extra 20 minutes but had to follow their direction. We'd also informed the other receptionist the next day who said she would look into it - no response.
