"Maurizio at the front desk was extremely rude. As soon as we walked into the hotel Maurizio basically barely looked up at us and left us standing at the counter as he walked into another room. He did not want to deal with an American and only started to give us a tiny little bit of respect when he realized my mother is Italian. He seemed extremely annoyed that we even walked in. "Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....
