The Hotel Real Fini Baia del Re, born in 2006, consists of a central body in which are concentrated all the services available to guests: some rooms, meeting rooms, the breakfast room, the Baia del Re restaurant, the bar open to the public which has always been known for the quality of products offered, fitness and wellness areas for the exclusive use of hotel guests and the large underground garage. Slightly detached from the main building there are also two annexes, entirely composed of rooms overlooking the private gardens available to the ground floor rooms.

Access to the spa is free and reserved for hotel guests, it is mandatory the use of swimsuit and towels.

“Recommended”
Excellent hotel. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Very clean. Good, quiet room. Central spot for car touring / sites / history (Parma, Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, Verona, Ferrari GallerieGuarda, Venice by train). Sauna, turkish bath, fitness suite and jaccuzzi free for residents. Can get snacks / pizza at hotel cafe without having a meal. Popular place with Italians. Roadchef steak house next door (excellent value).
“Close to Motor city, great Hotel!”
A wonderful lobby invites you in to this excellent hotel. Reception staff spoke good English, were extremely polite and very welcoming and very helpful with any questions we had. If you need a room close by for a tour Of Ferrari, Maserati etc, or going to Fiarano, then this would be an ideal choice. Excellent facilities start with the gym and sauna facilities they have. When it comes down to your room, its nicely decorated, very nice bathroom (with toothbrush and shampoos etc included) and an extremely comfy bed. Breakfast has a good range (and they have newspapers to read) A trip in to Modena is about 20 minutes or so, great for business or leisure uses. All in all, an excellent hotel, 10/10

“Outstanding luxury for a budget price”
The hotel is easily found directly opposite exit from Modena SUD (if traveling south). the hotel is a new building with impressive marbled walk in shower. a nice touch was the supplied bathrobe. Wifi worked well in room, tv choice was average for Italy, had BBC world news and CNN. Breakfast was included...amazing value. Parking no problem and importantly no charge. Ideal location to stay if you are visiting Ferrari or Lamboghini as both are 30 mins away in opposite directions. This was one of the cleanist hotels i have come accross in all my travels. Oh yes there is a (I think free)gym and a spa but i did not use them. The town centre is about 12 mins away by car, and is a fantasic old town with lots of shops and places to eat.
“Probably best hotel in Modena area.”
Only about a 15 min drive from downtown Modena. A far better deal for the price and quality compared to the hotels closer and in the city. The spa was a bonus however it wasn't open until 530PM.
