"The hotel lacked a lot of basic amenities like internet. I would have overlooked that but i did not appreciate that my non-smoking room reaked of cigarettes. Staff sprayed air freshener but that had zero impact. "

When I've arrived I found closed door. Nobody picked up phone. They knew exact time of my arrival. My only complaint is that I was in room 102, right by the garden in the back and some boys were staying there late at night, making a lot of noise. It disturbed my sleep a lot.
