Check-in took a little bit of time. When we first got in, there was only one person at the front desk and a couple families ahead of us. A second person came in and was able to help check us in. A couple hours later, I went in to ask for towels; my kids and I were at the pool and there were no clean towels. There was only one person helping and it took about 15 minutes for her to ask what I needed. There was only one person she was helping when I got there and he had many questions, some that were not related to check-in or the hotel. She finally directed herself to me and asked what I needed.
The room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. We were on the first floor and could hear people upstairs running back and forth, but nothing too bad.
Breakfast was underwhelming. We went in around 7:15, we only had sausage and boiled eggs.
While I understand I am not giving a glowing review, I would stay again. The room was clean, the breakfast and parking were free and it was close to Disneyland.
