"The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed. "Helpful staff, accommodated a late check in which was appreciated. I had informed hotel ahead of this. Stayed in the ambassador suite. Looks amazing in pictures. In reality - it’s tired, old and dirty. Carpet terribly stained, shower leaked so bad that it flooded the bathroom. Bed was uncomfortable. Pool area on roof, small and would get busy if one family used it! And despite being pictured, no fruit in fruit bowl - just an empty bowl on arrival. In its day the room would have been superb, but...
