“A great find - Will come back !!!”
My boyfriend and I loved this hotel. It had a 5 star feel to it, from the decor to the service. We were very impressed with all the staff as they were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of choice. In all we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone exploring Dubai on a budget. Although the hotel is a short drive from the main sights, this was no issue as the metro is right on your doorstep just a 5 min walk away. A small hotel with lots of good qualities, we were really pleased and would definitely stay again.
“Great Hotel, well worth it!”
Fabulous Hotel with lovely friendly staff and all facilities (shocked that it is only a 3*) well, well worth the money we paid to stay there....very, very good and I would try and book there again if I go back to Dubai. Only slight negatives are location is fairly near two metro stations, but not immediately outside and at times the Reception Desk service was a little slow.

Hotel très agréable à la déco design chic. Le petit déjeuner buffet non compris dans le prix de chambre est très bien. La piscine chauffée (ce qui est appréciable en décembre car les nuits sont fraiches) est très agréable avec un très beau mobilier. Les chambres standards sont assez petites mais très confortables
“Centro Basha”
The hotel is walking distance from the Emirates Mall. It is located in a quiet part of the city and is a easy drive from the Dubai Mall (Taxi cost approx 35dirham). It is very neat and tidy and has very friendly staff. We were allowed earry check in. Cannot find any reason for compliant during our stay.

For a three star hotel it excelled with the quality of service and facilities. Very close to Emirates mall, restaurants, beauty spa and Metro.We enjoyed the friendliness of staff very much.

“good location, good hotel”
Staff were helpful and there when needed. Good location and worth getting there on the metro directly from Dubai airport stopping at a convienient locale and jumping in a cab for a short ride.
“decent hotel next to emirates mall”
the hotel design and decor is great. the rooms are of good size. No bath tubs though, and the water is salty. No room service ( since it is done to bring the cost of the hotel room down ). The rooms are well equipped but since it is a brand new hotel it needs a bit of adjustments. Roof Top pool is not bad. Nice people though, although with time the staff and hotel will get better with experience.
“Cannot ask for for more”
Value for money. Very Close to a major shopping centre and major public transport. Staff was very helpful. However some staff members are not aware of all the facilities availble and are unable to give the right advise to the customers (ie I was asked to pay for the hotel internet to get an e-mail document printed when I had my own laptop with internet access).
