"The hotel was immaculate and the staff superb! Any international tourist needs to put this hotel high on their list of mainstays. We will definitely be returning, they deserve and earn all the praise they obtain! Thank you for the wonderful memories and the free bottles of water :)"
"Very clean an comfortable. Quite a big room compared to other places in Japan, in this range. Very good breakfast, including western, green and japanese.
Location was very good with good access"
"Very centrally located. Crazy convenient for shopping, people watching, local food eating. VERY professional staff that represent the best of the Marriott/ Bonvoy brand. Great English skills to assist non Chinese speaking foreigners like myself.
Well done."
"Nice hotel, but definitely progress to be made in the front desk. Not very friendly, and quite aggressive to charge any minute after the checkout time.."
"If you are new in Tokyo, this is the spot. This is my second time here and I love it.
The only thing I would recommend is to place some silence signs on the floors. Seven years ago when I stayed at this hotel, the amount of travelers wasn’t as high as today.

5/5 Excellent
"This hotel is a to go place if you have an early morning flight from Tokyo. There’s no transportation available in Tokyo before 5AM and if your flight happens to be at 6 or 7 am you can be out of luck. Of course there are taxis if you’re ready to pay the premium. This hotel is right in the terminal so you literally get out the hotel to the check in area."

"Very nice place. The breakfast included on the 25th floor has magnificent view and better food choices compared to 3rd floor without view and less quantity. It’s a short walk to the shopping district and night life. Happy to stay here. "
