"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! The free minibar in the room was a huge plus. Room was decent size & elevator spacious. The snacks out during the day was a nice plus. Very walkable to metro and bus & lots of places to eat around the hotel. Only complaint is the “vip bonus” tour was a boat tour that’s basically free anyways & incredibly crowded."

"We loved this hotel! Very very clean, and the staff was very friendly and kind. Location was great, it is a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station. It is a very safe neighborhood with bakeries and cafes nearby. Front desk staff was able to accommodate our room to be ready earlier than our check in, which was nice. We booked a triple room, and it had plenty of room for 3 people to unpack and sleep comfortably. They also provide free refreshments and snacks in the lobby after 2pm. Only problem we came across was the safe in our room wasn’t working, and unfortunately the mechanic never came by to fix it during our 6 night stay. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was our favorite place. The rooms are small but so adorable. The amenities are great. The staff are out of this world amazing and kind. And the food at the restaurant was so good. We only stayed here for one night but wished that it had been more. Can’t recommend this place enough. "

"Right in the middle of shopping places, eatery and triumph d'arc. High end boutiques are 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff are very helpful and amazing. Speaks excellent english . My son and I loved staying at this hotel. The room service girls were fast and efficient. Very nice and helpful. The hotel smells very nice. Recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to paris."
