“New modern boutique hotel”
All the staff are friendly and helpful, and they all speak English. The hotel is only a 10 min cab ride away from Gare du Nord (around 6.5euros) or otherwise there are a few convenient metro stations within 1.5 blocks. They say it's very close to Galleries Lafayette or Champs Elysees but it's still a good 15 minute walk away. The rooms are brand new, the beds ultra comfortable and all facilities are modern, with a flat screen LCD Tv (only one english channel); the windows are very sound proof from the road noises.
“Small, but nice”
We only stayed one night at this hotel when we passed through Paris, but we thought that for this price range in Paris it did the job well. The room was very small, but it clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was on the sixth floor and had a fairly decent view. The staff was helpful and efficient. This is not a luxury hotel, so no fancy extras, but we stayed in Paris many times and we thought it compared well with others in the same category. It is in a nice neighborhood with shops, restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.
“A Cute Hotel”
A very nice hotel, in a very good location, the staff is friendly. The rooms are clean, i would recommend it to anybody.

“Great hotel. Bad customer service.”
When we arrived at the hotel for check-in, the 2 people at the front desk were in a full on argument with a guest. It was loud and in French so I didn't understand it all but gathered it was about them having overbooked the hotel and had sold his room. We waited for 10-15 minutes for them to finish this argument before anyone even acknowledged we were standing there. We were very nervous that they might tell us the same thing which they didn't. However it was very unprofessional and not a good first impression. Once we finally got our room, it was very nice, new and clean. It was also quiet and comfortable. And the neighborhood is near a lot of amenities but off the main roads enough to be quaint. But this hotel does not have conceirge or people who speak muh English so we were unable to get recommendations for restaurants, etc. Also our hotel safe (which we did not use) started beeping all day/night. It was difficult to explain this problem but we finally got them to the room. They said it was the battery & they'd have to call the safe company. But either they never did or they didn't show since it was Sunday & Monday was a holiday. They did finally offer us another room but we had a lot of stuff so we just stuck it out. Bottom line, I would recommend this hotel if you're already familiar with Paris and if you speak French pretty well. I suggest newcomers and non-French speaking people stay at a place with concierge and one that's known to have English speaking employees.
“Modern Hotel, good location”
Hotel central to all tourist attractions, 5 mins from Opera. Bus tour trip a must as passes by all sites you need to see. Try the cafe around the corner from the Eiffel Tower, very friendly staff and reasonable prices, food / drink delicious.
“Memorial Day trip to Paris”
This was our first time in Paris and this hotel was a great choice. It was walking distance to the the Metro, Eiffel Tower and Champs-Elysses. The hotel staff were pretty nice and spoke English which was very helpfull. The rooms are pretty small but I believe thats how most of the hotels in paris are. The hotel was very clean and modern. The only thing that I didn't liked was the lack of Entertainment on TV, they had very few channels and most of them were in French as a matter of fact the only English Channel was BBC.
“Poor Customer Service...”
This is a very nice, small hotel. Very modern with nice rooms. But the front desk is horrible. They do not speak very good English and when asked about restaurants or sightseeing activities, we were referred to a stand with a few brochures. There was a young man who worked the night shift that was very helpful, other than that we were VERY disappointed with the service from the front desk. Despite very nice rooms, I definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Many better hotels in Paris”
In most small 4 star hotels in Paris the staff are trying hard to please. Definitely not the case in this one.
