Eat early as some food tended to run out later in the service. Two cappuccinos S$34 in the lounge on ground floor is too high given competition nearby. Pool area is adequate but small with limited sun lounges. Our room required access through several doors and had a number of steps - always a challenge with luggage. Staff...

"The Westin supplied us with a modern spacious king room with all the facilities you would expect from a high end hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff keep the place spotless and running smoothly. The hotel is located close to many dining options including Asia Square just a few metres away and also Lau Pa Sat the largest and most diverse hawker food market in Singapore. Best of all though is the MRT (mass rapid transit) station at the front door of the hotel. The MRT is by far IMHO the best...

"We arrived in Singapore at 6am and requested an early checkin which we were able to get. We had to pay extra for this which I didn’t mind. However as long term members of Hotels.com and returning guest I would have thought that would have been acknowledged and rewarded by a discount in the fee. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room very comfortable after a long 19 hour flight from NYC. "
