Every encounter we had with staff was exceptional even on a busy holiday weekend. The room and grounds were beautiful. We just loved our stay! Thank you!"

"Excellent service and a beautiful hotel. Parking is not convenient and valet is $55/night. Lacked a few basics, like a microwave to heat up leftovers from our expensive meal (upon request, the did bring in a mini fridge)."

"I'm Grandma, my oldest grandson graduated on Thursday and he wanted to go on a trip. He lives in Providence Village Texas. I live in Hattiesburg Mississippi. My son and his wife decided on the Riverwalk, so that's where we went. Everything on me and my husband's end was good. My daughter in law asked for room service and didn't get it, which had her a little upset because her, husband, and my two grandsons bunked together. It was later resolved and we are all ok."

"I was in for a convention. The Hotel was a 5 minute walk to the Convention Center (back entrance), about 7 minutes to front entrance. So, extremely convenient. 5 minutes from the RiverWalk. The room was large and comfortable. Only issue is no actual desk to work at, but did have a very nice large comfy chair with little table next to it to set my laptop on if needed.
