"Hotel Resol Trinity is new and well kept, with a beautiful japanese hot bath on the 13th floor. It is an easy monorail ride from the airport (6 stops) and a 15 minute walk to fantastic restaurants. We found the city interesting to explore by foot, great castle, great weather. Then we took a high-speed ferry to the Kerman Islands for snorkeling & sightseeing, gladly retutning to the hotel three days later to get ready for flights home. Was very relaxing and good location, helpful staff."

"The condition of the hotel is a bit old, the room is very simple but it's clean and tidy. The mattress and the pillow are very comfortable which is our big surprise. Their breakfast is wonderful too. I have to be honest and serious to say, the bath room is tiny and crowded. If you are suffering from claustrophobia, this is not a good choice. To be fair, except the bath room, everything is above standard with this super reasonable price. "

"It is very convenient, we stayed 3 nights in here. It is only 5 mins walk to the Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street, Bus Terminal, and the monorail station. And there are 3 convenient stores dowstairs. Although the room might be a little small, it is normal to the hotel in the urban area in Japan. Anyway, it is a reat place to stay if you stay in Naha and travel around."

"What I Like: Walkable distance to monorail station, supermarket, dining options. 7-11 convenience store is right next door with ATM machine in the store. Even though staffs have limited English proficiency, they still tried very best to communicate. Our room was upgraded from Twin to Triple, which made our stay more comfortable. "Traveled with 3 yo and 1yo. I booked for 2 days and ended up staying only 1 day and checked out. Overall horrible experience and never will stay in any Coldio property when visiting okinawa. The good: - washer and dryer - good water pressure - large trash can The bad: - impossible checkin process. Never received qr or 6 digit code. Nobody is there to help. Cleaning staff and person over the phone spoke little to no English. - dusty under the sofa, bed - table is too dirty (woven wood making it difficult to clean) - very loud environment (loud car noise until 1am at night) - lot of light pollution in the room. The coldio sign in the mirror lights up in bright blue. Very annoying when sleeping. - TV only shows like 4 channels - not soundproofed well, gets very annoying when upstairs kids run around - Dadami and bathroom are half step up so my kids ended up falling quite often, safety hazard especially in the corner."
