To shop in a shopping district where local people living in Japan do their shopping is to get a feel for the city.
You can see and taste the many seasonings used in Japanese cuisine through the process of making Japanese food.
The shopping district where you shop is a large one, more than 300 metres long and lined with more than 130 speciality stores.
The speciality stores are not only Japanese foodstuffs, but also 100 yen stores, flower shops, Korean foodstuff stores, Chinese foodstuff stores, and many more.
You will see things that are unique and not usually seen in the city. It will be an unforgettable experience.
In cooking, we will prepare Japanese dishes that Japanese families eat on a daily basis.
The menu will consist of the following four dishes.
1)Teriyaki chicken
2)Japanese deep fried chicken
3)dashimaki tamago(Japanese egg omelete)
4)maki sushi(sushi rolls)
You can experience rolling a dashimaki egg or maki sushi.
The tour ends when you have finished eating the lunch you prepared together.
The tour will end near JR Ishikawamachi Station, so you can take a walk in Yamashita Park or other places after the tour.
