Torre del Reloj
  • 10m
The Puerta del Reloj, Torre del Reloj or Boca del Puente or Plaza Internacional Carlos Campillo is the main gateway to the historic centre of Cartagena de Indias in Colombia and the original entrance to the fortified city.
Walls of Cartagena
  • 25m
We will run with our scooters on the imposing walls of the Historic City, making photo stops at the most attractive points of interest to take pictures. The old city of Cartagena, its historic centre, is surrounded by 11 km of walls (8 km remain) in order to protect the city from constant attacks by the enemies of the crown and pirates.
La Serrezuela
  • 5m
La Serrezuela was originally built in 1893 and used to be the central theatre and bullfighting arena. They would host bullfights, horse shows, plays and concerts, and boxing tournaments until the 1970s.
Las Bovedas (Pass by)
The Vaults are a structure in the Old City of Cartagena in Colombia, attached to the walls. The Caribbean Sea is visible from the top of the structure. They were built as dungeons.
Plaza Santo Domingo (Pass by)
Tourists describe it as: A magical place at night. You have to go, yes or yes. The restaurants around the square take their tables to the square, and the musicians liven up the nights. You really have to be there, the lights, the people and the atmosphere, it's romantic and charming.
Catedral Santa Catalina de Alejandria (Pass by)
The Cathedral of Santa Catalina de Alejandría, officially the Metropolitan Cathedral Basilica of Santa Catalina de Alejandría, is a Colombian cathedral church of Catholic worship under the patronage of Santa Catalina de Alejandría. The cathedral is in the Herrerian style, characteristic of the reign of Felipe II, which corresponds to the third and last stage of Spanish Renaissance architecture.
Sanctuary of Saint Peter Claver (Pass by)
The Church of San Pedro Claver is a Colombian temple of Catholic worship dedicated to San Pedro Claver, whose remains are found on its main altar.
Alcaldia de Cartagena (Pass by)
Old Customs House. Located in the Plaza de la Aduana in the historic centre of the city of Cartagena, Colombia. The founder of Cartagena, Don Pedro de Heredia, lived in the building.
Plaza de la Aduana (Pass by)
The Plaza de la Aduana, the largest in Cartagena, Colombia, was originally intended to serve as the main square, so the administrative offices were built around it during the colonial era. There is the mansion where the founder of Cartagena, Pedro de Heredia, lived, and a statue in homage to Christopher Columbus.
Plaza De Los Coches (Pass by)
It is the most central square in the city and the first to receive visitors to the historic centre, as it is located after crossing the Puerta del Reloj.
Camellon de los Martires (Pass by)
The Camellón de los Mártires connects the centre of Cartagena with the traditional area of Getsemaní and is adjacent to the Muelle de los Pegasos, the Clock Tower and the city's Convention Centre.
Barrio Getsemani
  • 25m
Recognised by FORBES AND TRAVELERS MAGAZINE as one of the "10 Coolest Areas in the World", the modern area of Getsemaní has as its main attraction the Plaza de la Santísima Trinidad, where quiet groups of people gather to drink beer, listen to street artists and eat grilled arepas from adjacent stalls. Nearby streets, also known for their colourful murals, are lined with lively pizzerias and casual bistros serving Colombian fare. Craft breweries, cocktail bars, and Café Havana salsa bar continue the party until the early hours of the morning. We will take spectacular and picturesque photos there!
Plaza de La Trinidad
  • 5m
The Plaza de la Trinidad in Cartagena de Indias or Plaza de la Santisima Trinidad is located in the legendary and popular area of Getsemani and takes its name from the church with which it shares the stage “Iglesia de la Santisima Trinidad”. It is the meeting place for artists, artisans, tourists, locals and residents, perhaps the most vibrant place in Cartagena at night.
