- Unfortunately this tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities.
- The gondola ride does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather, high/low tide, or local gondoliers strike (in these cases it can be postponed or refunded)
- In the case of unplanned church services or during days of exceptional high tide, access to St. Mark's Basilica may not be possible. In this case, you may be offered an alternative visit or choose to take the tour another day.
- Due to security reasons, luggage and big bags are not allowed inside the Basilica
- On Sundays, feast days and in case of unplanned religious celebrations the Basilica tour foresees the visit with direct access to the Terrace and to St. Mark's Museum situated on the ground floor.
