Welcome to my Vietnamese Vegan cooking class!
During this unique experience, you will learn how to cook two of the most popular and delicious dishes in Vietnamese cuisine: Vegan Quang noodles/ Vegan BÁNH XÈO and Vegan FRIED SPRING ROLLS/ Vegan FRESH SPRING ROLLS. I will guide you through the cooking process using the freshest local ingredients.
But the fun doesn't stop there! You'll also have the opportunity to learn how to make COFFEE in the traditional VIETNAMESE STYLE, or any other type of juice you may request.
