First Stop: Bodega CarinaE
This charming boutique winery is a tribute to the French art of making wines in the New World. Founded in 2003 by Brigitte and Philippe Subra in the way of legendary winemaker Michel Rolland, they've produced more than fifteen wine labels and two olive oil labels since then. Visiting CarinaE is a must-see for any visitor in Maipu.
Second Stop: Bodega Benegas
Federico Benegas Lynch acquired in 1999 an old vineyard planted by his great-grandfather in one of Mendoza's finest areas, starting a new chapter in the history of the Benegas (Trapiche's original founders). At this stop, you'll explore a century-old winery with one of Mendoza's most beautiful and oldest cavas.
Third Stop: Lunch at “Club Tapiz”
Soledad Nardelli and her team offer you a seasonal letter, simple and fresh, but at the same time sophisticated and full of flavour. This kitchen is stocked with produce from the winery estates and the Club's organic garden.
