The tour stops at vendors that have operated in the markets for generations. Some of these vendors date back over 100 years, predating the formation of Israel.
Over the course of the the tour, you will have the opportunity to: savour flavourful Yemenite dishes like a traditional malawach sandwich (hummus, salad, egg, tahini & malawach) as well shredded beef in pita; taste some of the freshest falafel; and enjoy some delectable Middle Eastern style desserts.
