The signature SHOGUN Course combines authentic sushi chef performances, and interactive elements into a unique full-course experience. During the experience, guests can watch live demonstrations including a samurai-inspired sword performance by the chef, a futomaki (rolled sushi) demonstration, and the preparation of freshly made Japanese omelette at the counter. Guests can also participate in a sushi-making experience, learning directly from professional sushi chefs while creating their own sushi. Because the experience is limited to a small number of guests, visitors can enjoy a close and immersive atmosphere with the chefs. In addition to the SHOGUN course, lighter options as well as vegan and Muslim-friendly menus are available. A VIP course featuring premium ingredients and an extended dining experience is also offered.
