The entrance to the palace was chaotic, our tour guide did her best but the palace staff was very rude. Poor organization. Beside that, our tour guide was very friendly and knowledge, she did our visit very pleasant

Sure the palace was very nice and i enjoyed it but to allow so many people to be in one at any one time was extremely horrible and even thought i had a booking we had to wait far to long hence out tour was cut short thus so absurd as to how so many people are allowed to be in one place. Something only needed to happen out of the ordinary and today anything is possible people would have been killed!!! I want a refund!!! EXTREMELY POORLY ORGANISED!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AT ALL ITS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION AND EXPERIENCE TO HAVE SO MANY PEOPLE IN ONE PLACE AT ANY ONE TIME
