The kitchen is the heart of our home!

Seven Women is a social enterprise that works to empower marginalized and disabled women, and single mothers or women living in extreme poverty through skills training, income-generating programmes, decent employment opportunities, and education. One way we are able to achieve this is through cooking. Food has brought nationalities from all over the world to our Seven Women Centre in Kathmandu. Wherever our guests come from, the aromas that fill the kitchen are alive with flavour and as strong as the laughter and cheer coming from our women and international guests.

Our women stand taller and smile wider, having practised as teachers and proudly taught an open mind about our customs and the Nepalese cuisine.
