What you can expect
Discover the treasures of the islands that make up Geoje city on this driving excursion. A private guide chauffeurs you across Geoga Bridge to the fantastical gardens of Oedo Botania and the towering coastal rock formations off of Haegeumgang for a day full of beauty and wonder.
Get picked up from your hotel in Busan and travel to Geoje, a historic coastal city made up of a number of islands. Your drive takes you across the Geoga Bridge, which connects Busan and Geoje Island via cable-stayed bridges and South Korea's first undersea road tunnel. Continue on to Oedo Botania, a small island that was transformed from barren rock into a flourishing, fantastical garden. Wander through whimsical topiaries and vibrant flowers, which were raised by a couple in 1976, and get lost in the wonderland-like rows of lush plants.
Your final stop is at Haegeumgang, a collection of islands scattered in the southeast. The area is known for the strangely shaped rock formations that jut out from the water, including the jagged 380-foot (116-metre) tall island of Haegeumgang itself. Admire the amazing structures, which add a unique visual element when framed against the sunset, before heading back to Busan at the end of the day.
