Shane made mixology a career after being offered an opportunity to bartend to aid in college payments. Since then, he made his way to the international stage where he is known for the flavours he creates with his well-balanced cocktails. Shane is a bar consultant and travels to experience different cultures and spirits from around the world. He looks forward to sharing the tricks to rum cocktail-making that he has picked up over the years while introducing you to the flavours and spirits of Barbados during this 1.5 hour private mixology class and rum distillery tour.
