  • Participants must carry their physical International Driving Permit (or for exceptional countries listed above that requires a Japanese translation, the physical domestic licence + official translation) and physical passport
  • Drivers' licences issued by countries not covered by the 1949 Geneva Convention (such as China, Indonesia, Mexico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, etc.) are not permitted to drive in Japan
  • We do not recommend participation in this activity to individuals with illnesses or injuries that impair their ability to drive.
