First of all, the bus does NOT stop in from of Notre-Dame Basilica! The bus actually stopped several blocks away (near Starbucks). It was a day of non-stop rain, so trying to find the stop was horrendous. When my sister and I finally boarded, all of the seats were wet as rain was coming in through most of the windows onto the seats. The tour assistant steadily wiped down seats and windows trying to make us comfortable. It was very wet and very cold - NO heat on the bus. The tour was good and it was actually a way to escape the rain. Rose until the end, got off and boarded again. The tour guides were knowledgeable, but it would have been nice if the driver would slow down a bit at each point of interest so we could take photos. The buses really could be overhauled completely. If it was a nice, warm day maybe I wouldn’t have been so very disappointed.

Redemption of ticket site not at the address provided, so spent loads of time walking around trying to locate it and had to end up asking a local for assistance. Only option was to purchase a 2 day ticket but only 9 stops so could easily be done in one day, making it very expensive. Also poor organisation as none of the bus hop on and off locations had any sign posts. Tour done in mid October so not sure if it is nearly the end of the season but guide tours came across as tired and a little bored with their tour commentary. Very old style buses which was out of keeping with those provided in the our cities (Toronto, Ottawa & Quebec). Overall a disappointing experience which was a poor reflection of Montréal!

There is no sign on the bus stops so you dont know for sure where it passes or the time schedule. It says that notre-dame cathedral is a redeeming/meeting spot, so we waited for over 45 minutes but no sign of the bus. We walked all the way to the company selling spot and got a map as well as the bracelets you need to get on the bus. Turns out the bus doesnt pass in front of the cathedral, so this information is wrong. But after this, with a map in hand, the tour is very nice, and getting on and off the bus is very easy and fun
