What you can expect

On this immersive volun-tourism eco-tour, guests will learn the importance of caring for the upland ahupua'a streams that feed the lo'i down through the valleys and into the ocean. They'll also learn the importance of kalo as sustenance to the Hawaiian people, and how Kualoa is mentioned in the 2,000 year-old Kumulipo genealogical chant as being where the first kalo plant sprung to life.
