Meet your guide at the San Francisco Church and visit the Witches' Market of La Paz. Head over to see San Pedro Square and learn the infamous history behind San Pedro Prison. Afterwards head towards the first cable car station and head over to El Alto, there you will also El Alto Witches' Market which is a bit different from the one in La Paz because some of the witch doctors will most likely be performing a ritual.
