From 2:00 p.m. onwards, you will be picked up from the central hotels of San Martín de los Andes to embark on an exciting excursion.
The journey begins by skirting the northern shores of Lacar Lake, offering the opportunity to capture breathtaking panoramic photos of the city from a viewpoint.
The route itself is unique, as it weaves its way through the forest, offering several viewpoints that showcase stunning vistas of the majestic mountain range and the glistening Lacar Lake.
Travelling through different mountainous expressions such as the Cerro colorado, you will be able to see one of the most showy called Trompul Stone, which is a rock formation. After a few kilometres, you will cross the Hua Hum River utilising a wooden bridge and walk to the Chachín waterfall, one of the most important waterfalls in the Lanín National Park characterised by the Valdivian jungle with a drop of approximately 30 metres.
At the end of the tour, you will return along the same route, stopping along the beaches of the Hua Hum River and the Yuco Peninsula which is located in the heart of the National Park Lanín, where you can enjoy, contemplate and rest in the middle of nature with impressive landscapes and vegetation made up of ferns, quivers, nalcas and ancient trees.
And to conclude the excursion, you will return to the hotel around 7:00 p.m.
