Learn all about the fascinating history of the Mexican Revolution on our day trip to Parral. We'll set off from Chihuahua and visit the tomb of Pancho Villa, Alvarado Palace and many more iconic spots.
We'll get to Parral after travelling for about two and a half hours. One of the major historic cities in the state of Chihuahua is this one, formally known as Hidalgo del Parral. When we arrive, we'll observe that the city's lovely streets are home to a number of historically significant buildings.
We'll also visit the city's primary religious structure, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, as part of our tour. Then, we'll go to the main square and the La Prieta mine to see how various minerals were formerly harvested.
Our next trip will be the Parral Cemetery, where Pancho Villa's tomb is located. We'll take a break in front of his tomb to talk about some significant events in his life because he was a key figure in the Mexican Revolution.
