Your experience begins with a brief explanation on land (briefing), where your instructor will teach you the basics about scuba gear, breathing and underwater signs. All calmly, step by step, so you feel comfortable and safe before entering the sea. Then we will put on the equipment and, from the same beach, enter the water little by little. Once inside, you will practice some simple exercises and, when you are ready, you will start the most exciting part: about 40 minutes of real diving in the Mediterranean Sea. During the dive you will discover a world full of marine life: coloured fish, starfish, octopuses and many more animals that will make your first experience unforgettable. You will always be accompanied by an instructor who will be by your side at all times, guiding you and showing you every detail. In total, the activity lasts about 21⁄2 hours, including explanation, equipment preparation and diving. A perfect experience to give your first bubbles underwater and enjoy the sea in a unique way.
