We always start the tastings with an explanation of how to taste a wine properly. The method is based on the Wine & Spirit Education Trust systematic approach to wine tasting. Your guide reached the highest level of this school in London last year and has ten years of experience leading tastings for both amateurs and professionals.
Then along with tasting wines, he will guide you through the different areas within Burgundy, the different grapes, the history, the rules of production, how to read a label in Burgundy etc. Everything you want to understand about the region will be approached.
The atmosphere is always relaxed, you won't feel rushed, and you won't feel like you can't ask a question. We aim to make you feel comfortable and make you want to come back!
3 white wines and 3 red wines will be served to you.
