Day 1 – Arrival & Sunset by the Sea
Arrive in Diani and transfer to your beach resort for check-in and relaxation. In the late afternoon, enjoy a guided sunset walk along Diani Beach as you learn about the region’s Swahili heritage and ocean traditions. In the evening, savour a freshly prepared seafood dinner served in a relaxed beachfront setting.
Day 2 – Wasini Island & Coral Reef Experience
After breakfast, travel to Shimoni and board a traditional dhow to Kisite-Mpunguti Marine National Park. Snorkel in clear turquoise waters above vibrant coral reefs and tropical fish. Continue to Wasini Island for an authentic Swahili seafood lunch prepared by the local community. Dolphin sightings are possible during the excursion, following responsible marine viewing practices. Before returning to Diani, take a short walk through the island’s mangrove ecosystem.
Day 3 – Culture & Coastal History
After breakfast, head to Mombasa for a guided cultural tour. Explore Fort Jesus and discover the layered history of Portuguese, Omani, and British influence along the coast. Walk through Old Town’s narrow streets, admire carved wooden doors, and visit local spice and coffee spots.
Return to Diani for a celebratory beachfront Easter brunch before the experience concludes.
