• Tickets are valid for the specified visit date only and do not include other paid experiences.
• Once you enter, you are welcome to spend as long as you like in the attraction until we close. Kindly note that re-entry is not allowed.
• Tickets sold are not refundable.
• Ticket prices are all based on the actual age of the guest; please be ready to present valid proof of age (e.g., Identification card, passport, birth certificate).
• Free admission for children under the age of 3 years. 1 full-paying adult is only allowed to bring 1 child under 3 years in for free.
• Flash photography is not permitted during the event. This helps maintain a comfortable viewing experience for all attendees.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
