Once we arrive at my house we will get to know each other by breaking the ice with a typical Roman aperitif based on prosecco and pizza with cold cuts (e.g. mortadella, salami, etc.) and cheeses (e.g. ricotta, pecorino romano). We will then prepare in each step two typical traditional fresh egg pasta shapes, Spaghetti alla chitarra (or tagliatelle) and ravioli filled with ricotta. Together we will also prepare the typical sauces (cacio e pepe and fresh tomato sauce) for the pasta. Finally we will sit together to eat everything we have prepared. The dinner will be accompanied by Italian wine and will end with typical desserts and local liqueur.
